His role as a liaison between insurance adjusters and the insured honed his skills in claims management and restoration processes.

With over 20 years of experience as a Manager and Director of Business Operations, Rick has worked extensively in consulting and training for healthcare, biotech, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. As a Director of Operations, he oversaw effective operating procedures, developed content marketing strategies, and managed customer service processes, all while fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
